Director Product Marketing

 

As a Director of Product Marketing, you will drive future thinking around how our ROI product platform evolves, as well as developing and translating strategic plans into product realities.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Drive insight into customers, competitors, partners and worldwide market trends,
  • Work with Product Management team to define platform requirements and priorities for each product release, as well as collaborating with the product team to execute those plans,
  • Sales enablement - Work closely with Demand Generation team to influence high return demand generation ideas to achieve quarterly objectives.
  • Speaking Opportunities - Contribute to ROI’s product awareness by speaking on customer and prospect webcasts.
  • Interface with press and analysts and participate in speaking opportunities as appropriate.
  • Competitive Intelligence - contributor to competitive sales training materials
  • Influence - effectively drive product marketing priorities through executive management, and lead cross-functional product marketing teams

 

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in product marketing experience with demonstrated success in leading product marketing activities for a successful enterprise software company.
  • Experience working with Sales and Product Management to launch and market successful product lines.
  • Experienced team leader - able to recruit, hire, and inspire high performance product marketing teams.
  • Experience supporting an enterprise sales team with product collateral, demos, sales-oriented web site and internal positioning/ strategy documents.
  • Proven success marketing the early stages of a new business or technology.
  • Demonstrated focus on metrics, tracking program details, and Return on Investment
  • Ability to balance strategic and tactical execution
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills
  • Outstanding customer and partner engagement skills
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Outstanding presentation skills to large and small audiences including customer executives and press/analysts
  • BA/BS degree (MBA or MS is highly desirable)

National Sales Executive

 

As a Sales executive, you will add value to ROI and to customers by delivering a well-managed business of customer accounts that meets or exceeds revenue targets. The success of this position is measured by revenue from SaaS subscription renewals and net new opportunities, predictable yearly business forecasts, and by overall customer satisfaction.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships that involve building relationships at the CXO level and expanding relationships outside of IT.
  • Ensure that teams are well-orchestrated and leveraged around accounts and opportunities, by communicating the strategy for each account, handing off opportunities to team members to allow them to effectively identify and
  • develop opportunities and providing feedback as needed.
  • Create strategic, effective and actionable account plans that define a clear growth strategy across and within the accounts you will cover.
  • Develop and manage a healthy and predictable pipeline that meets or exceeds quota expectations.
  • Develop and close opportunities by continuously reinforcing business value.
  • Ensure that customers deploy the solutions acquired by working with team members on deployment plans and customer adoption of these plans.

 

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with equally good listening and qualification skills.
  • Proven sales experience in Enterprise accounts and a track record of working with a wide range of business partners.
  • Extensive experience working in large account teams-technical specialists, services, partners, and leading these teams towards a common vision/strategy for each account.
  • Highly motivated team leader with a mature and positive attitude and a passion for working with customers and partners on driving the sales of ROI’s products and services to meet customers’ business challenges and opportunities.
  • Degree qualified (bachelor’s degree typically required, Master’s/MBA preferred), with 5 to 7 years of proven IT sales experience. Additional sales or marketing qualifications centered on driving business value through the use of technology in Retail Industry.
